1.First step: Submit a Puppy Application

 To begin the adoption process, please submit a Puppy Application. All families must be approved before being considered for a puppy.

2.Second step: Reserve/Choose Your Perfect Puppy

 If your application is approved, you will have the opportunity to reserve and choose your puppy.

Pre-Deposit to Join the Reservation List

A $500 non-refundable pre-deposit is required to join the reservation list.

We accept Zelle (840-200-3987) and cash.

This pre-deposit will be applied toward the 20% deposit of your final puppy cost.

Once we receive your pre-deposit, your name will be added to the reservation list for the litter you choose.

Puppy Selection Process

 • When puppies are 4–5 weeks old, we will send updates and post photos on our “Available Puppies” page.

 • Puppy selection is not done in order. Everyone on the reservation list may choose at the same time.

 • First come, first served.

 • Families may choose a puppy in person, through a visit to our home.

 • Once you choose your puppy, a 20% deposit of the total price is required to officially hold the puppy.

 • Your initial $500 pre-deposit will be applied toward this amount.

 • If 20% exceeds $500 (e.g., $600), you would simply pay the difference (e.g., $100).

 • If you do not choose a puppy from the current litter, you may roll over to the next litter.

After the 20% deposit is made, the puppy will be reserved for you. Puppies must be picked up at 8–9 weeks old. If pickup is delayed, a $35/day boarding fee will apply.

  Buyer Acknowledgments

By reserving a puppy, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

(a) Heat cycles, pregnancy timing, and litter arrival are not guaranteed or controlled by the breeder.

(b) A reservation spot guarantees a place on the list, not a specific puppy.

(c) All families choose at the same time; clients may select from any available puppies during the selection window. If the Buyer is not reachable during selection time, their placement may be forfeited.

3.Finally: Prepare for & Add Your New Puppy

  Once reserved, your puppy will be ready to go home after 8 weeks of age.

On pickup day, each family will receive:

 • A Purchase Agreement / 1-Year Health Guarantee

 • Updated vaccination and deworming records

 • Puppies will be tail-docked, potty trained, and crate trained

 • A welcome bag with food and a toy that carries familiar scents

 • AKC/CKC registration form (pet-only unless otherwise stated)

 • Puppy insurance

From birth until pickup day, we post regular videos and photos on our social media so families can watch their puppy grow.

Additional Notes

 • We reserve the right to stop or refuse any puppy sale, even after a deposit is made.

 • Puppies can be picked up at our home.

 • Delivery is available for an additional fee, and flight transportation is available worldwide.
