Our Process

1.Submit a Puppy Application

 Please complete our Puppy Application to help us learn more about your home, lifestyle, experience with dogs, and puppy preferences. We carefully review each application before contacting prospective families.

2.Learn About Our Puppies

 Approved families may receive information about current or upcoming puppies, including temperament, estimated adult size, health information, and registration eligibility.

3.Meet and Choose Your Puppy

  Families may schedule a video call or an in-person appointment in Lake Mathews, California. We are happy to answer questions and help you determine which puppy may be the right fit for your family.

4.Reservation and Pickup

  Once a puppy has been selected, reservation terms, payment details, and the puppy agreement will be provided privately in writing.

Puppies may be picked up by appointment in Lake Mathews, California after they are ready to join their new homes. Meeting arrangements at LAX, ONT, or SNA may also be available.
